Ms. Christopher is responsible for managing utility-based customer support activities for Sterling Planet. She oversees Sterling Planet’s customer care department and has overall responsibility for hiring, training and managing customer service representatives. Ms. Christopher’s department provides customers with a full range of customer care support, including general information requests, enrollments and account management.
Additional roles include electronic data transaction processing, testing, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) and first-tier operational troubleshooting, as well as issuing residential and small business customers welcome kits and ongoing customer care activities.
